Admission Procedure

Admission to Nursery (Entry Level)

• Admission is granted on a First Come, First Serve basis.
• The child must have completed three years of age at the time of admission.

📄 Documents Required:

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the child
• Passport-size color photographs of the child and both parents

💡 As per RTE (Right to Education) guidelines, 25% of seats in Nursery are reserved for students from Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). For eligibility and application details, visit www.rte.raj.nic.in.

📚 Admission to Other Classes (LKG to Class VIII)

• Admission is subject to seat availability, which arises from transfers or withdrawals.
• The list of available seats will be displayed on the school notice board by the second week of April.
• Interested parents may check the notice board and contact the school office for further steps.

📄 Documents Required (Upon Selection):

• Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school
• Copy of the latest Assessment Report / Report Card
• Copy of Aadhar Card
• Passport-size color photographs of the child and both parents

🎓 Fee Waiver & Scholarships

Deserving students from economically weaker sections may be eligible for fee concessions or scholarships provided by the school.

These waivers are granted at the sole discretion of the school management, based on merit and need.
